Anchovy stock can be used to make variety kinds of soup, and even as soup base for noodles, vermicelli, porridge, etc.
It is practically easy to prepare & boil within 30 min time.
You can make extra amount and keep in the refrigerator, but this has to be consumed within 3 to 4 days’ time for best freshness.
Here are the simple steps to make anchovy stock.
INGREDIENTS
700 ml water
1 loose handful of medium size anchovies
¼ of onion


INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add water, anchovies & onion in a sauce pan / pot.

2. Bring to boil, and then turn to low heat & boil for about 25 min.
Simple as that :)
