EFFICACY

Vitamin A - Carrot
Vitamin B - Corn and Potato
Vitamin C - Onion & Tomato
INGREDIENTS (4 SERVINGS)
Water (equivalent to 1.6 liters) ... 8 cups
Pork meat bones ... 200 grams
(blanch with 2 ginger slices ginger for 3-5 min to remove impurities)
Large potato (quartered) ... 1
Tomato (quartered) ... 1
Large onion ... ½
Carrot (chunked diagonally) ... 1
Garlic (cut off clove base) ... 2 cloves
Corn (chunked) ... 1 ear

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In boiling water, add in pork meat bones, potato chunks, carrot chunks, onion & garlic cloves. Close lid, bring back to boil at medium high heat for 8-10 min.
Turn low heat & let it simmer for 1 hour 15 min.
2. After 1 hour 15 min, add in corn and tomato. Bring to a boil again and then turn low heat. Simmer for another 1 hour.
3. After 1 hour, season soup with 1 Tsp of salt or more for the right saltiness. Mix well and turn off heat & soup is done!
Note
i. Skim away the frothy foams / scum as it will affect the soup taste.

ii. Tomato and corn are added at a later time to avoid having too soft tomato and to retain the sweetness of corn.
