Mild Spicy Stir-Fried Pork <br> 微辣炒豬肉 <br/>

INGREDIENTS (2 SERVINGS)

Pork shoulder (cut into thin strips) ... 300 grams

Large bell pepper (cut into thin strips) ... ¼

Cooking oil ... 1 Tbsp

Pork Marinade (marinate pork shoulder strips for 30 min or longer)

Medium onion (thin slices) ... ½

Green onion (diagonal cut) ... 1 stalk

Minced garlic ... 2 Tsp

Minced ginger ... 1 Tsp

Light soy sauce ... 2 Tbsp

Mirin ... 1 Tbsp

Sesame oil ... 1 Tsp

Gochujang (hot pepper paste) ... 1 ½ Tsp

Raw sugar ... 1 ½ Tsp

Ground black pepper ... Small dash

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour 1 Tbsp of cooking oil into heated pan.

2. Add in marinated pork and sauté until fragrant.

3. During cooking, juices will exude from the meat, continue to let it cook over medium high heat until juices dry out.

4. 2 min before turning off heat, add in bell pepper strips and mix well.

5. Turn off heat and ready to serve.
