INGREDIENTS (2 SERVINGS)
Onion ... ½, slice thinly
Shrimps ... 8, devein and rub with pinch of salt
Dried mushroom ... 1, reconstitute and cut thin strips
Cabbage leaves ... 100 g, cut or tear into bite-sized pieces
Soba noodles ... 3 packets (130 g each pack), rinse and drain
Green onion ... 2 stalks, cut lengthwise about 3 cm long
Seasoning sauce
Oyster sauce ... 1 Tbsp
Light soy sauce ... 1 Tbsp
Tomato ketchup ... 1 Tsp
Sugar ... 10 g
Water ... 2 Tbsp
Dark soy sauce ... Drizzle
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat 2 Tbsp of cooking oil in a wok, stir fry sliced onion until slightly softened.
2. Add in shrimps and stir fry until color turns a little orange-red.
3. Add in mushroom strips and continue to stir fry.
4. Next, add cabbage and stir fry until it is somewhat softened.
5. Add in soba noodles and mix well.
6. Add green onion and distribute well.
7. Lastly, pour in premix seasoning sauce and mix homogeneously.
8. Garnish with katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes) and green onion and it is done ♪
