Pakkan Onigiri is a new style of making Japanese rice balls.

Various favorite ingredients / condiments are stuffed into a rice ball, making it colorful, attractive & appetizing.

I watched Pakkan Onigiri making video from Cookpad a couple of days ago and felt compelled to try making my own, the making process was fun and the outcome was satisfying.

It is very simple and easy, and can be made anytime.
