Spicy Shrimp & Squid <br>「海老とイカのスパイシー炒め」<br/>「辣椒炒蝦與烏賊」

INGREDIENTS (3 - 4 SERVINGS)
Shrimp ... 12 (de-shelled & de-veined)
Squid ... about 150 g
Onion ... half (sliced)
Carrot ... 40 g (rectangular slice)
Spring onion ... 2 stalks (thin long slice)
Spicy sauce
■ Chili paste / Gochujang ... 1 Tbsp
■ Tomyam paste ... 1 Tsp
■ Grated ginger ... 1 Tsp
■ Grated garlic ... 1 Tsp
■ Ginger juice ... 1 Tsp
■ Light soy sauce ... 1 Tbsp
■ Sugar ... 2 Tsp
■ Sesame oil ... 1 Tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blanch shrimp & squid quickly for about 30 seconds. Drain well.
2. Heat up 1 Tbsp cooking oil, add in onion, carrot & spring onion. Stir fry over medium heat until onion turns translucent.
3. Add in shrimps and stir fry for about 1 minute.
3. Add in squid and give a quick 30 seconds stir.
4. Add in spicy sauce, mix well and stir fry for about 1 to 2 minutes. And it's done!
